Each year Sugar Pines Farm features a special area of smaller trees that are available by donation only.
Once again this year the funds donated will go to Operation Evergreen, a service project of the Ohio Christmas Tree Association. The purpose of the project is to bring a little Christmas cheer in the form of REAL fresh cut Christmas trees (and ornaments) to military personnel serving overseas. 100% of the funds donated will go towards the cost of shipping the trees to the troops. Our farm will also be donating some of the 150 trees that will be sent.
These little trees are perfect for a child’s room, your front porch, or as a nice addition to your holiday décor. You’re sure to find something special whether it’s a beautiful little fir or spruce, a neat live tree (ready to plant!) or even a cute little Charlie Brown tree that needs a home. We request a minimum $20 donation per tree. You’ll find the Feel-Good Field near the bonfire pit and the main tree barn.
Please join us in supporting our troops who will be away from their families this Christmas season. Thank you, in advance, for your participation and generosity!
If you would like to make a donation to Operation Evergreen directly you may do so through the Go Fund Me page, set up by the Ohio Christmas Tree Association, at this link:
